Earls Colne Business Park has been created by the Hobbs family who own the land and have offices on the Park and are actively involved in its day-to-day management.

From the beginning it has been their aim to give business the best possible opportunity to succeed and, because they live on site, they are particularly concerned to ensure that the industrial units are built to a high specification and that the surroundings remain attractive and inviting. To this end, the new development will include generous additional landscaping and planting.

In order to help your company create its ideal working environment the Management Team offers a complete design and build service which can tailor an industrial unit to fulfil your needs efficiently and economically, instead of your having to 'make do' with spec-built premises elsewhere. Once designs meets your requirements and have been agreed, building can often be completed within four months.
